Privacy by default
Public browsing does not require an account. Experience selections and interface preferences are stored locally unless you explicitly submit them.
Inquiries
Contact details are used only to assess and respond to the stated inquiry. Retention, access and deletion policies are configured by the owner before production cutover.
Private rooms
Access is invitation-only, time-limited and logged for security. Private documents are never part of the public static output.
Processors
The production processor list must be updated at cutover to reflect the actual runtime, storage, email and analytics adapters selected through ARKANA Forge.
